    When you buy and install a new product, we may ask you to register your purchase electronically. When you do, we merge your registration information with any information you've already left with us (we call that information your personal profile). If you haven't previously registered with us, we create a personal profile for you from your product registration information. If you ever want to review or update that information, you can visit the Profile Center, click on Update Profile, and edit any of the Personal Information in your profile. If you haven't already created a Registration ID, we will ask you to do so. This ensures that only you can access your information.

    As mentioned above, every registered customer has a unique personal profile. Each profile is assigned a unique personal identification number, which helps us ensure that only you can access your profile.

    When you register, we create your profile, assign a personal identification number, and then send this personal identification number back to your hard drive in the form of a cookie, which is a very small bit of code. This code is uniquely yours. It is your passport to seamless travel across WEBSHARKX.COM, allowing you to download free software, order free newsletters, and visit premium sites without having to fill out registration forms with information you've already provided. Even if you switch computers, you won't have to re-register – just use your Registration ID to identify yourself.

  • At this time, WEBSHARKx.COM ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, WEBSHARKx.COM ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Return Policy

  • RETURN POLICY:

    To ensure prompt handling, all returns must be authorized by WEBSHARKX.COM.  We provide for returns of items under the following conditions:

    1)     DOA, defective items, or items damaged in shipping must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a RMA number.   Please contact our customer service department customerservice@websharkx.com for a RMA number, shipping label, and for replacement of the DOA/defective/damaged item.   Shipping costs will be refunded for return of such items.

    2)     Incorrectly ordered/received items can be returned for the correct item if the item is in the original packaging with the seal intact and is returned within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact our customer service department customerservice@websharkx.com to receive a RMA number, shipping label, and to place an order for the correct item.  If the item was shipped in error by WEBSHARKX.COM, we will refund shipping costs for such items.    

    3)     Items returned that have been opened, but that are not defective typically cannot be returned to the manufacturer and are subject to a 20% restock fee plus shipping charges.  Please contact our customer service department customerservice@websharkx.com  to receive a RMA number for return. 

    All special order items are not returnable and can only be replaced due to DOA or defective product.

    All products are subject to warranty and replacement policies designated by the manufacturer.
